Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are usually between 5 to 15 business days depending on the shipping you choose at checkout. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons may occasionally cause delays, but we'll always keep you updated.

Shipping Fees: We offer flat-rate shipping fees based on your location, ensuring transparent and affordable shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase from Sfigure. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Exchanges:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and labels attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@sfigure.com within the specified return/exchange window.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason with photos/videos for return/exchange.

Refunds & Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll initiate your refund within 24 hours.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Important Notes:

  • Items returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • We're unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers.
