How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason, accompanied by photos or videos for return/exchange.
- Our team will then guide you through the process.
Refunds & Processing:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Important Notes:
- Items eligible for return or exchange must be in its original, undamaged condition.
- Regrettably, we cannot process returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers.
